Greetings, Diabolique Readers!

It was a very busy week indeed for the world of horror and entertainment with the past 96 hours of New York Comic Con, undoubtedly the biggest media event on the East Coast. With exclusive first looks at many of this years upcoming television shows and films, Diabolique made itself known through jam-packed coverage of many of this years hottest horror projects, including interviews, panel coverage and exclusive photos from the event.

Following our busy morning with the cast and crew of Curse of Chucky, I dashed to the Jacob Javits Center for a one-on-one interview with Zoe Bell (of Death Proof and Lost fame) and director Josh Waller about their controversial and intense new horror film, Raze. Set against the backdrop of a mysterious, ages-old society, the film follows a tournament in which everyday women are forced to fight one another to the death, lest their loved ones suffer the consequences. You can check out the exclusive interview with both Bell and Waller in two-parts below!

Raze will be in theaters and on VOD from IFC Midnight on January 10th, 2014. The film is directed by Josh Waller, written by Robert Beaucage from a story by Waller and Kenny Gage, and stars Zoe Bell, Tracie Thoms, Doug Jones, Sherilyn Fenn and Rachel Nichols. For more information on the film, you can like its official Facebook, visit its official website and follow the film on Twitter: @RazeTheMovie. For more from Zoe Bell, you can follow her on Twitter: @TheRealZoeBell. For more from Josh Waller, you can follow him on Twitter: @joshcwaller.
